Pricing and Payment

  • 4.1. Pricing for each repair service is discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of work. If any adjustments are necessary, the client will be informed in advance.
  • 4.2. Payment terms, including deposits, installment plans, or full upfront payments, will be clearly outlined in the project proposal.
  • 4.3. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension of services or delays in completing the project.

Client Responsibilities

  • 5.1. The client agrees to provide all necessary equipment, information, and materials required for the completion of the repair project in a timely manner.
  • 5.2. The client is responsible for reviewing the work once delivered and ensuring it meets their expectations before finalizing the project.
  • 5.3. OÜ JWWfocusT will not be responsible for any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, approvals, or feedback on time.

Intellectual Property

  • 6.1. Upon full payment, the client will own the final repaired equipment and deliverables produced under the agreed scope of work.
  • 6.2. OÜ JWWfocusT reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  • 6.3. Any third-party resources (e.g., spare parts, tools, or software) used during the repair will be properly sourced, and the client may need to secure any necessary licenses or approvals.

Revisions and Changes

  • 7.1. The client is entitled to a set number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Any additional revisions outside the defined scope may incur extra charges.
  • 7.2. Changes requested after the repair scope has been finalized may result in additional costs and delays.

Termination and Cancellation

  • 8.1. Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice in case of a breach of these terms by the other party.
  • 8.2. If the client cancels the project after repair work has begun, the client will be billed for the work completed up until the point of cancellation.
  • 8.3. OÜ JWWfocusT reserves the right to cancel any project without notice if the client fails to meet agreed obligations, including timely payment or provision of required materials.

Liability

  • 9.1. OÜ JWWfocusT will make reasonable efforts to provide services with skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that the repair will meet all client expectations, as some results depend on subjective preferences or the condition of the equipment.
  • 9.2. OÜ JWWfocusT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or interruptions, arising from the use of our services.
  • 9.3. In no case shall OÜ JWWfocusT’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Confidentiality

  • 10.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data shared during the course of the project.
  • 10.2. This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect even after the completion or termination of the project.

Warranty and Support

  • 11.1. OÜ JWWfocusT offers a 14-day post-service warranty period during which we will address any issues directly related to the initial scope of work.
  • 11.2. The warranty does not cover additional repairs, modifications, or new features beyond the original scope of the service.
  • 11.3. Continued support, maintenance, or updates beyond the warranty period will be provided under a separate agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OÜ JWWfocusT operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Amendments to Terms
